What ClearPath Is

ClearPath is a thinking aid powered by behavioral science. It applies research-validated frameworks to help you examine decisions from multiple angles, identify cognitive biases in your reasoning, and think more clearly about the choices you face. ClearPath is designed to support your own decision-making process — not to replace professional judgment.

What ClearPath Is Not

ClearPath is explicitly not any of the following:

  • Medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider
  • Legal advice or a substitute for consultation with a licensed attorney
  • Financial advice or a substitute for consultation with a licensed financial advisor
  • Psychological or therapeutic advice or a substitute for consultation with a licensed mental health professional

No Liability

All decisions made using ClearPath are solely the responsibility of the user. ClearPath provides structured thinking frameworks and analysis to aid your reasoning, but the final decision and its outcomes rest entirely with you. ClearPath, its creators, and its affiliates accept no liability for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes experienced as a result of using the platform.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use ClearPath for any of the following purposes:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or any form of harm directed at another person
  • Stalking, surveillance, or monitoring of others without their consent
  • Planning or facilitating self-harm in any way
  • Planning or facilitating illegal activity of any kind
  • Attempting to extract medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic guidance through any framing or prompt structure

Any use of ClearPath that violates these terms may result in immediate account suspension.

AI Output Disclaimer

ClearPath uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis and recommendations. All AI-generated output is a thinking aid only. It may be incomplete, imperfect, or reflect limitations inherent to the underlying models. AI output should not be treated as authoritative or definitive. Always apply your own judgment before acting on any analysis provided.

Voice Entry and Transcription

ClearPath offers optional voice entry for convenience. When you use voice entry, your audio is recorded in your browser and sent securely to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription. Audio recordings are processed in real time and are not stored by ClearPath or retained by OpenAI after transcription is complete. The transcribed text is stored as part of your decision record. Voice entry is entirely optional — all fields can be completed by typing.

Account Suspension

ClearPath reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, engages in prohibited uses, or otherwise compromises the safety and integrity of the platform and its users. Such action may be taken without prior notice.
